· Drink water as per your need i.e. thirst
· Avoid packed and preserved food
· Take food as per the climate you live e.g. drinking Hot garlic soup in summer afternoon is not advised
· Include ghee in your diet, it naturally hydrates your skin and also acts as anti aging remedy
· Take pinch of turmeric with milk As per the journal of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists study shows that curcumin present in turmeric is useful for the healing of skin infection and inflammation
· Enjoy your food with full concentration don’t use mobile, books, TV while eating
